Wild Rice/Squash




Sautéed onions, squash, and zucchini in a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Wild brown rice made with chicken broth instead of water

Scrambled eggs mixed with a little water to make the eggs softer

A good additional topping might be bean sprouts tossed in Italian dressing and avocados.
