Chia chocolate















Jen's lettuce wraps

Ground Turkey/beef
Bell peppers (red/yellow/orange/green)
Red onions
Green onions
Shredded carrot
Bean sprouts
Tomato
Celery
Kimchi













Sweet and sour sauce - 1 tbsp
Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
Pad Thai sauce - 1 tbsp

Oatmeal jars





1/3 oatmeal
1/2 tbs Chia seed
1 tbs yogurt
Peaches
Almonds
Almond milk
1 tbs honey
1/2 peach
Raspberries
Blueberries
Strawberries

Cottage cheese salad


1/2 cup cottage cheese
Diced tomato
Chopped up cilantro
Avocado
Salt
Pepper
Eat in small romaine lettuce leaves

No Lard Tortillas






2 cups wheat flour
2 tbsp coconut oil chilled
3/4 warm milk
Just hear up the tortilla on the skillet.. No oil required.

Broccoli Salad




Broccoli
Feta cheese
Cranberries
Almond slivers
Shredded onion or red onion chunks
Salt
Dressing on it
Veganaise
Mustard
Lime or lemon juice
Dill relish

Sweet shredded chicken




3-4 chicken breast
Throw in crockpot with:
Salt
Pepper
Onion
Green chillies
Brown sugar
Dr. Pepper
Sauce (optional) ranch/salsa mixed
Cook on slow for 6-8 hours

The flavor was "ok" after 6 hours and the chicken was the right consistency but I made a sauce of additional Dr. Pepper and brown sugar in a sauce pan and replaced the liquid that was in the crockpot with the sauce to add a little more flavor... Next time I may just cook the chicken with the salt, pepper, green chillies OR onion and then add the dr. Pepper sauce afterwards instead of cooking it with it.
