Chicken-
Moisten chicken with either water or left over soup and put dried oregano, parsley, basil, olive oil, salt & pepper on both sides and heat up on the stove
Tomato-
Slice and dip in olive oil, garlic salt, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and parsley mixture.
Mozzarella cheese slice-
Balsamic Vinegar-
Fresh Basil & Cilantro-minced
Once the chicken is slightly crispy, layer the mozzarella cheese slice,tomato, and then herbs. Top it all off with the balsamic vinegar (a must have!)
Yummy!
